Our team will ensure your property is well-managed and your tenants are happy. We work hard to ensure that the relationship between tenants, landlords and ourselves is open and honest as well as pragmatic, if and when issues arise.

About Us

Started in 2016, Coral Reef Property Management is an independent residential lettings and property management company in London, Essex, and Kent. We also have experience of managing conversions, renovations and new build developments for Landlords. We are currently looking to expand our property portfolio across the South East of England.

Fees

Residential Lettings.

Block Management

Fees are charged per residential unit, whether house or apartment, and will vary according to the location, size and type of development, so this will be tailored and agreed on an individual basis.

For maintenance and repairs, we will always endeavour to use the most sustainable, green technology solution that will be suitable for the building or development.

We offer two services;

Rent Collection - 7% of monthly rent
Full Management - 10% of monthly rent

For both services, for generating the marketing material and advertising the property on all the major portals, the current fee is £300.

Tenant referencing is £50

Check in and Check out inventory fees will depend on local inventory companies. We do not charge a fee for organising this.
